8/30 – Cures on the horizon
I wanted to do this on my laptop to make it easier for you but I just don't feel like getting up. I also tried this before but my phone crapped out. Sigh.
Over the last two or three days, I've heard about possible cures for sickle cell and diabetes from www.post-gazette.com and www.wsvn.com respectively. Hopefully these things work out as they would mean giant advances in medicine.
…..holy smokes LSU just blocked a field goal to send the game with Alabama into OT!…….
I would be remiss in my duties as shit stirrer upper if I didn't mention the coincidence between the election and the announcement of possible cures for two diseases that really affect black folks.
Discuss among yourselves…I'm going to take a Percocetand hope the girls STOP itching!

7/30 – The aftermath
Well, I'm at home. I went in at two and waited. And waited. And waited.
At about 2:45, me and Lovey went back into the freezing cold room. Luckily, Obama was running late with his press conference so I got to see the whole thing.
Ewwwww, they insisted on putting the IV in my hand. I think the nurse thought I was gonna pass out when she put that nasty thing in there. I thought I might too.
So we sat in the room, ultra cold for too damn long! Seriously, I didn't see the doctor to draw on my boobies until at least six!
Well, I finally got into the room and they strapped down my arms and legs and started the sedative and I got nothing after that.
Next thing I remember is waking up with my new boobs partially out, LOL.
Luckily (and hopefully it'll stay this this way), I'm not in any pain and I'm wide awake and I already ate at McDonalds. 🙂
Just want to send my thanks to everyone for your well wishes. As soon as the girls are ready for their close up..not THAT close…I'll share. 🙂
